Instructions

- Prepare the bread: Place the slices of bread in the air fryer basket. Using a glass, make an indent in the center of each slice. Press down the center of the indent with your fingers.
- Add the egg: Crack one egg into each indent on the bread. It’s okay if a little egg white spills over. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the air fryer: Put the basket in the air fryer and cook at 340°F for 8 minutes. If desired, add a sprinkle of cheese during the last minute of cooking.
