- 4 green tea bags (Stash brand recommended)
Fruits and Sweetener
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup clover honey (adjust to taste)

- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices

Instructions
- Heat Water: Bring 6 cups of water almost to a boil in a large pot, then turn off the heat to prepare for steeping the tea.
- Steep Tea: Add 4 green tea bags to the pot and cover with a lid. Let the tea bags steep for 3 minutes to extract flavor.
- Remove Tea Bags: Take out the tea bags from the pot once steeped to avoid bitterness.
- Blend with Blueberries: Pour the brewed tea into a blender, add 1 cup of blueberries, and pulse for a few seconds to mash the berries and infuse their flavor.
- Strain Tea: Pour the blended tea through a fine strainer into a large pitcher. Use a silicone spatula to press the mashed berries against the strainer to extract as much juice as possible.
- Sweeten Tea: Stir in 1/4 cup clover honey until it is fully dissolved, adjusting the amount based on desired sweetness.
- Add Lemon Juice: Mix in 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
- Chill: Refrigerate the tea until cold, ideally for at least an hour before serving.
- Serve: Serve the tea over ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
- Garnish: Add lemon slices and fresh mint leaves on top for a decorative and aromatic finish.
