- 1/2 medium apple, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 375°F and prepare a mini muffin tin.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Incorporate the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt into the wet mixture.
- Fold in Grated Apple: Gently fold in the grated apple.
- Fill Muffin Pan: Use a cookie scoop to fill the muffin pan with batter.
- Bake: Bake for 14-16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan.
