- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt

- 1 large egg
- 14 ounces beer (or unflavored sparkling water)
