Description

For the Sandwiches:

  • 6 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or any oil of your choice)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Mccormick’s Montreal Steak Spice
  • 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup (or 10.5 oz. can of store-bought cream of mushroom soup)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 12 cups cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Sauté: Preheat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a skillet. Add ground beef and chopped onion, sauté for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Spice.
  2. Add Vegetables and Sauce: Add bell pepper and minced garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Finish and Serve: Turn off the heat, stir in cheddar cheese. Fill hoagie rolls with cheesy beef mixture. Serve warm with extra cream of mushroom soup. Enjoy!
