  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 bag fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Fries: Cook the fries according to the package instructions. If making homemade fries, bake them at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
