Chicken Fillet:

Spicy Cream Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For Serving:
- Fresh parsley – for garnish, chopped
- 1 bag fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)
Instructions
- Prepare Fries: Cook the fries according to the package instructions. If making homemade fries, bake them at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cook Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Make Cream Sauce: Sauté garlic in the skillet. Add heavy cream and simmer.
- Thicken Sauce: Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cook until thickened.
- Combine & Simmer: Return chicken to the skillet with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve: Serve chicken with fries, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with parsley.
