- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese
Instructions
- Cinnamon Roll Banana Bread Instructions – Begin by preheating the oven to 375°F. Grease a metal loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the overripe bananas. Add melted vegan butter, maple syrup, plant milk, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and oats. Mix until a batter forms.
- Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan. In a small bowl, mix melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create the swirl. Drizzle over the batter and gently fold in for a swirl effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown. While baking, whisk melted vegan butter, powdered sugar, and vegan cream cheese for frosting.
