Celery Stalks:
- 2 chopped
Raw Almonds:
- 1/2 cup chopped
Raw Sunflower Seeds:
- 1/2 cup
Organic Raisins:
- 1/3 cup
Olive Oil:
- 3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice:
- 1/2 cup
Fresh Ginger:
- 1 tablespoon, peeled and grated
Clover Honey:
- 2 tablespoons
Sea Salt:
- 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Chop Ingredients: Either chop the ingredients with a sharp knife or pulse them in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Prepare Vinaigrette: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, honey, and sea salt in a mason jar or bowl. Seal and shake well or whisk to blend.
- Combine and Toss: In a large bowl, mix all salad ingredients, then toss with the vinaigrette.
