Raw Almonds:

  • 1/2 cup chopped

Raw Sunflower Seeds:

  • 1/2 cup

Organic Raisins:

  • 1/3 cup

Olive Oil:

  • 3 Tbsp

Lemon Juice:

  • 1/2 cup

Fresh Ginger:

  • 1 tablespoon, peeled and grated

Clover Honey:

  • 2 tablespoons

Sea Salt:

  • 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Chop Ingredients: Either chop the ingredients with a sharp knife or pulse them in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Prepare Vinaigrette: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, honey, and sea salt in a mason jar or bowl. Seal and shake well or whisk to blend.
  3. Combine and Toss: In a large bowl, mix all salad ingredients, then toss with the vinaigrette.
