- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fish or chicken stock
Additional:
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease cassolette dishes or a baking dish.
- Sauté Aromatics: In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until fragrant.
- Cook Seafood: Add seafood to the skillet and cook briefly. Set aside.
- Deglaze: Deglaze the skillet with white wine, then add cream and stock.
- Combine: Simmer the sauce, return seafood, season, and mix gently.
- Assemble: Spoon mixture into cassolette dishes, top with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Finish: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
