Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Instructions
- Slice and Prepare Vegetables: Slice onion, carrots, cabbage, garlic, and green onion.
- Prepare Sauce: Mix dark soy sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, water, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper in a bowl.
- Cook Noodles: Cook 8 oz. egg noodles for 5 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
- Cook Vegetables: In a hot pan, cook garlic, carrots, and onion for 2 minutes. Add cabbage and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Combine: Add noodles, sauce, and green onions to the pan. Cook for an additional minute until noodles are coated.
- Serve: Plate the Lo Mein and enjoy!
