Pineapple Salsa:
- 1 small pineapple (diced)
- 5 medium Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper

- 1 large lime (zested and juiced)

Instructions
- Dice Ingredients: Pineapple, tomatoes, and bell peppers should be diced in 1/4-inch pieces, and the onion and jalapeno peppers should be finely diced.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine all diced ingredients. Toss to combine well.
- Chill: Cover the salsa and chill in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
