Instructions

  1. Finely dice tomatoes & onion: Place in a medium glass mixing bowl. Add chopped cilantro.
  2. Slice and dice jalapenos: Remove seeds and membrane for desired heat. Add to the bowl.
  3. Add seasonings: Pour in vinegar, garlic, chili powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Finish with lime: Squeeze lime over the salsa. Mix again. Refrigerate or serve immediately with chips or Tex-Mex dishes.
