Cilantro:
1/4 cup finely chopped
Jalapenos:

Garlic:
1 tsp minced
Chili Powder:
1/4 tsp
Lime:
1/4–1/2
Instructions
- Finely dice tomatoes & onion: Place in a medium glass mixing bowl. Add chopped cilantro.
- Slice and dice jalapenos: Remove seeds and membrane for desired heat. Add to the bowl.
- Add seasonings: Pour in vinegar, garlic, chili powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Finish with lime: Squeeze lime over the salsa. Mix again. Refrigerate or serve immediately with chips or Tex-Mex dishes.
