Description

  • 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups thinly sliced strawberries, tops removed
  • 1 cup thinly sliced kiwi, peeled (about 3 kiwis)
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, red or green
  • 1 cup clementine oranges (about 3 clementines)
  • 2 cups blueberries (1 pint)

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 orange (1 tsp zest; 2 tbsp juice)
  • 1 lemon (1 tsp zest; 2 tbsp juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add dressing ingredients to a wide-mouth mason jar: Combine honey, orange zest, orange juice, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract (if using). Shake well to combine. Stir if needed.
  2. Prepare the fruit: Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly. Cube the pineapple, slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwis, remove grapes from stems, and segment the clementines.
  3. Chill the prepared fruit: If time allows, chill the prepared fruit in the fridge.
  4. Combine the fruit: In a large bowl, mix all the prepared fruits. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit as per your preference. Gently toss to coat.
  5. Serve: Enjoy the fruit salad immediately or refrigerate to let the flavors meld. Stir before serving.
