  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Additional:

  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional, for extra moisture)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté Cauliflower: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove cauliflower and set aside.
  2. Cook Ground Turkey: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add ground turkey, cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
  3. Season and Combine: Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add the sautéed cauliflower back to the skillet. If needed, stir in chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
