Dough:
- 1 batch Greek yogurt dough
- 2 tablespoon sugar
Filling:
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam (or any jam of choice)
Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Mix the Greek yogurt dough with sugar until combined. Shape into a ball and roll out into a rectangle.
- Add filling: Cut the dough into rectangles, add jam, and seal with another rectangle. Brush with milk.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Make glaze: Mix powdered sugar, yogurt, and vanilla. Frost the cooled pop tarts and add sprinkles.
