Water:

Flour Tortillas:
- 6 medium flour tortillas
Refried Beans:
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
Red Enchilada Sauce:
- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
Toppings:
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 small can sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake tortillas until crispy. Set aside.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef, drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer.
