Baked Beans:

Toast:
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 tbsp Butter
Chicken Sausages:
- 4 links Chicken Sausages
Grilled Vegetables:
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 8 no Mushroom
- 2 no Spring onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil
Eggs:
- 4 large Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Baked Beans: Start by preparing the baked beans. You can use canned baked beans, but making your own spice baked beans is preferred.
- Toast: Slice the bread and toast them with a little butter until crispy. Set aside.
- Grilled Vegetables: In a large frying pan, cook the chicken sausages, tomatoes, and mushrooms on medium to low heat until well seared and cooked. Set aside once charred to your liking. Make room for frying the eggs.
- Eggs: Heat butter in the pan, crack in a couple of eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your preference.
- Assemble: Plate the breakfast with the sausages, fried eggs, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, and baked beans. Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot.
