  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Mousse:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest

Additional:

  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Cheesecake Mousse: Using a handheld electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add condensed milk, key lime juice, granulated sugar, and lime zest; mix until creamy.
  3. Place mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
  4. Transfer mixture to a piping bag.
  5. Alternate graham cracker crumbs and cheesecake mousse in canning jars.
  6. Chill for 3 hours to set.
  7. Top with whipped cream and key lime zest before serving.
