- 6 ounces macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)

Instructions
