- 12 oz andouille sausage, sliced
Rice and Broth:
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice, rinsed
- 3 cups chicken broth
Seasonings and Aromatics:
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Brown the Chicken and Sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken and sausage until browned. Set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, cook onion and bell pepper until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add Rice and Spices: Stir in rice, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika until rice is coated.
- Add Broth and Cook: Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then return chicken and sausage to the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for 18-20 minutes.
