For the Noodles:

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the Noodles: In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in egg noodles and cook covered for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
  4. Prepare the Butter: In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Combine: Add the butter and garlic to the noodles. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Slice the chicken and place on top of the noodles.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
