Instructions

  2. Add Flavor and Mix Ingredients: Stir in the dry pistachio pudding mix and vanilla extract using a spatula to incorporate evenly. Next, fold in the Rice Krispies cereal along with the reserved 1 cup of mini marshmallows. Mix thoroughly to ensure the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  3. Set the Treats: Pour the mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper, pressing gently to spread it evenly. Allow the treats to cool and set for at least one hour at room temperature. Once set, remove the treats from the dish and peel away the parchment paper. Cut into 16 equal squares.
