These delightful Pizza Pot Pies are a fun twist on traditional pizza, baked in individual servings for a cute and tasty meal.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon Butter (softened (not melted))
- ½ tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning (plus extra as topping (optional))
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray (or oil to grease the tins)
- 8 Refrigerated Biscuits ((16 ounce package))
- ¼ cup Pasta Sauce (or Pizza Sauce, use a meatless variety)
- 3 ounces Pepperoni (chopped)
- 7–8 ounces Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions
- Combine Flavors: Combine the softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Prepare Tins: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the muffin tins. Lightly grease the tins with cooking spray or oil.
- Mold Biscuit Cups: Place a biscuit in each muffin tin, pressing gently to mold on the bottom and sides until securely in the pan. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
- Season and Fill: Prick the biscuit bottoms and sides with a fork. Brush the inside of the biscuits with the butter mixture, then lightly with pasta sauce. Fill each cup with mozzarella and pepperoni layers.
- Bake: Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake at 350°F for 20-23 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Remove from tins and plate or serve in individual cups.
Notes
- If using foil cups, place on a sheet pan for support during baking.
- Feel free to customize fillings with favorite pizza toppings.
