- Prepare the Pan: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the fruit puree evenly on it.
- Cook the Fruit Leather: Bake at 175 degrees for about 5 hours or until the fruit leather is firm. It should be easily peelable, similar to fruit roll-ups.
