  • 240 ml (1 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 90 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 150 grams (1 cup) white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Coating:

  • 300 grams (2 cups) good quality dark or milk chocolate
  • Crushed peanuts or hazelnuts, optional

Instructions

  1. Microwave Instructions: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, sweetened condensed milk, and brown sugar. Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute until smooth.
  2. Continue to heat in 30-second intervals, stirring, until thickened. Add white chocolate and sea salt, stir until smooth.
  3. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours.
  4. Coating: Melt chocolate in the microwave. Roll caramel fudge into balls, dip in chocolate, and place on a tray.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed nuts and chill to set.
