- Temper the Eggs – Gradually mix hot cream into beaten egg yolks to prevent curdling.
- Combine the Mixture – Stir in honey and vanilla after tempering the eggs.
- Fill the Pie Crust – Pour custard into the chilled pie crust.
- Bake the Pie – Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Cool and Set – Allow the pie to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.
- Finish with Sea Salt – Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the pie before serving.
