Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the brownie bites.

- Remove and Cool Completely: Carefully remove each brownie bite from the pan using a fork if necessary and place them on a cooling rack to cool completely before adding toppings.
- Whip Cream: In a large bowl, use a mixer with a wire whip attachment to whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add Vanilla Pudding Mix: Add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the whipped cream and beat again until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip to prevent the cream from congealing.
- Prepare Strawberries: Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice a small portion off the pointed end to create a flat tip.
- Assemble Santa Hats: Fill a piping bag fitted with a #21 tip with the whipped cream mixture. Pipe a full layer of cream on each brownie bite, then place a strawberry large end down on top. Pipe a small dollop of cream on the tip of each strawberry to resemble a Santa hat pompom.
