Ingredients
Scale
For the Roll Ups
- 1 pound Turkey Breast (can substitute with turkey deli meat or grilled chicken)
- 6 ounces Dry Stuffing Mix (opt for turkey, chicken, or cornbread flavors)
- 10.5 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup (can swap with cream of mushroom soup)
For the Gravy
- 2 cups Turkey Gravy (can use store-bought or leftover gravy)
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley (can substitute with other herbs or omit)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish to prevent sticking and ease clean-up.
- Prepare Stuffing: Prepare the dry stuffing mix according to the package instructions, usually involving adding water or broth and letting it absorb, then set it aside to cool slightly.
- Mix Gravy and Soup: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy until smooth. Reserve half of this mixture for later use when pouring over the roll-ups.
- Assemble Roll Ups: Lay out a slice of turkey breast. Spoon about ¼ cup of the prepared stuffing onto the turkey slice, then drizzle some of the gravy mixture over the stuffing. Carefully roll the turkey slice tightly around the stuffing to form a roll-up.
- Arrange in Baking Dish: Place each rolled turkey seam side down into the prepared 9×13 baking dish. Repeat the process until all the turkey and stuffing have been used.
- Add Remaining Gravy and Bake: Pour the reserved half of the gravy mixture evenly over the assembled roll-ups. Cover the baking dish with foil to keep the moisture in and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the foil and allow the roll-ups to rest briefly. Serve warm, spooning any extra gravy over the roll-ups for added creaminess and flavor.
Notes
- Substitute turkey breast with deli turkey or grilled chicken for convenience or preference.
- Use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken soup for a different flavor profile.
- Store-bought or homemade turkey gravy can be used based on availability.
- Covering with foil during baking keeps the stuffing moist and helps flavors meld.
- Leftover stuffing and gravy can be used to avoid waste and add richness.
- Reheat leftovers covered in the oven or microwave to maintain moisture.
