- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, deveined and shelled

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan and set aside.
- Cook Rice: Prepare rice according to package instructions.
- Sauté Vegetables: In a skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft. Mix in the cooked rice, then transfer to a large bowl.
