3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 medjool date
1 Tablespoon milled flax seed
2 Tablespoons dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender. Add milk, yogurt, strawberries, banana, date, flax seed, chocolate chips or cacao nibs, and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high until smooth, 30-60 seconds. Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated and the consistency is smooth.
