- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Crust: Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a parchment-lined 9×9-inch baking pan and chill.
- Make Filling: Whisk eggs in a bowl, then add corn syrup, sugars, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Add Pecans and Chocolate: Fold in chopped pecans and chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Fill Crust: Pour the filling over the crust. Sprinkle additional pecans on top.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Cool.
- Add Toppings: Top with ganache or melted chocolate, pecans, and chocolate chunks. Chill before slicing.
