Description

Ingredients

Fresh Watermelon:

4 cups

Fresh Mint Leaves:

2-3 leaves

Lime Juice:

juice of 1 lime

Honey:

4 teaspoons (adjust to taste)

Club Soda:

1 tablespoon (adjust to preference)


Instructions

  1. Roughly chop up 2-3 cups of watermelon; try to remove as many seeds as possible.
  2. Add to blender along with 2-3 mint leaves, lime juice and honey. Blend until fully liquid.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness: Add honey to reach desired sweetness.
  4. Strain the watermelon mixture: Ensure smooth consistency.
  5. Take a glass and add watermelon cubes and ice cubes.
  6. Pour watermelon mixture over the top, leaving some space.
  7. Add a splash of club soda or sparkling water.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
