2-3 leaves

Instructions
- Roughly chop up 2-3 cups of watermelon; try to remove as many seeds as possible.
- Add to blender along with 2-3 mint leaves, lime juice and honey. Blend until fully liquid.
- Taste and adjust sweetness: Add honey to reach desired sweetness.
- Strain the watermelon mixture: Ensure smooth consistency.
- Take a glass and add watermelon cubes and ice cubes.
- Pour watermelon mixture over the top, leaving some space.
- Add a splash of club soda or sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
