Lemonade:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • A few drops of pink food coloring for the lemonade

Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for sweetening the whipped cream)
  • A few drops of pink food coloring for the whipped cream
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Lemon slices for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and mix until well combined.
  3. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the lemonade. Stir until the color is evenly distributed.
  4. Whipped Cream: In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream on medium-high speed until it starts to thicken.
  5. If desired, add the powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  6. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the whipped cream and gently mix until the color is evenly distributed.
  7. Fill a glass about three-quarters full with the prepared pink lemonade.
  8. Add a few ice cubes if desired.
  9. Gently fold a dollop of pink whipped cream into the lemonade. The cream will float on top.
  10. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon if desired.
